Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The Skyway will be closed tomorrow for filming. Waze will film a carpool advertising initiative from 10:30am to 7:30pm. That means Rt. 5 from Ohio to Church will be closed to traffic. The I-190 southbound ramp to NY Route 5 westbound will also be closed to traffic.

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The DOT has called an audible on its Skyway work plans. The DOT says while the Skyway will close at 6pm Friday, the Skyway will reopen at 10pm Saturday, as the Bills home opener is Sunday afternoon. The DOT says there will now be periodic closures during the week.
