Amherst, NY (WBEN) Amherst Police say a man pulled from a burning apartment Tuesday has died. Police say Mahfoz M. Shaban Jr,46, has died of injuries sustained in yesterday's fire. The two alarm blaze broke out on Millersport Highway around 11am. About 50 firefighters battled the flames.
