WNY Olympians In The Spotlight Today

All of the local atheletes could compete in one day


Four local Olympians are in action in PyeongChang today. 

The US Men face Slovenia in their first game in the Olympics. That includes Williamsville goalie David Leggio and former Sabres Captain Brian Gionta  in a game scheduled near 7 am  this morning, with a live stream at NBC Olympics.com

Emily Pfalzer is representing Buffalo on the US Women's hockey team  when they face Canada later tonight in a rematch of a gold medal game from 2014 - in which Canada beat the US in overtime.

Derby's Tricia Mangan makes her OIympic debut tonight in the giant slalom. That is scheduled for around 730pm. It was postponed due to dangerous winds earlier in the week.
