* WHAT...Mixed precipitation occurring. The combination of ice
this morning and snow this afternoon will result in difficult
travel conditions. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice
accumulations of around one tenth are expected.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Northern Erie, and Genesee
counties.


* WHEN...Until 7 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.

changing to snow later this afternoon. Trace amounts of ice
are expected with snow accumulations an inch or less.

Visibilities will be limited due to blowing snow. Use caution
