Thurmanator Beer Release Thursday Night

Canadian investor Harry Stinson has found another project to tackle in Buffalo.  Business First reports Stinson has purchased the old Wonder Bread factory at 356 Fougeron Street.  The plan for the building is to turn it into a mixed-use project anchored by apartments.  Stinson is in the midst of renovating the former Adams Mark Hotel into the Buffalo Grande Hotel.

Hamister Group, LLC has sold its Holiday Inn in Southaven, Mississippi.  That property was originally acquired in December of 2012.  Full financial terms of the deal were not made public.

Ithaca Beer Co. and Batavia Downs are holding a special release event for the new Thurmanator Beer.  That comes tomorrow night at 730pm at the 34 Rush Sports Bar at Batavia Downs Gaming.

Buffalo staffing agency Systems Personnel, Inc. has appointed Michael Carbone to the position of Executive Vice President -Business Development & Operations.

Great Lakes Environmental & Safety Consultants, Inc. celebrated 25 years in business last month.
