KeyCorp - the parent company of KeyBank N.A. - has released its plan to trim $200 million in expenses for 2019.  Business First reports part of the plan includes consolidating branches.  KeyCorp will also streamline back- and middle-office operations, consider business realignment and staffing model changes and cut costs related to third-party vendor contracts.

HealtheLink has moved from Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.  The organization has leased space at 2475 George Urban Blvd. in Depew.

Acreage Holdings, one of the United States’ largest vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operators, has announced a November 12th opening for The Botanist medical cannabis dispensary in Buffalo, at 192 Seneca Street. 

The Service Collaborative of Western New York has unveiled a new brand to reflect a strategic evolution of the organization.  TSC provides national service programs to Western New York, overseeing, on average, five programs annually.  In 2017, TSC served 25,000 individuals and families in the region as a result of its numerous community programs.

Dr. Michael S. Brophy has been named the fourth president of Hilbert College.
