D’Avolio Kitchen has opened a 28-seat restaurant inside the Premier Gourmet complex on Maple Road near Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst.  Business First reports that on a related note, D’Avolio Kitchen on Main Street will stay in its present location, rather than move into the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.

Also from Business First, ACV Auctions has managed to raise $150 million in venture capital.  Company investors say they plan to go public within the next few years, but those plans are not concrete.

Formula 3 Fitness has opened in the Hamburg Village Plaza at 140 Pine Street.  This is the third location for Formula 3 Fitness; the others are in East Aurora and Lancaster.

The 914th Air Refueling Wing will host a ground-breaking ceremony for the new base fitness center this morning at 10am.  This $11.3 million facility is slated to be built on the installation and will replace the existing mid-century fitness building with a more modern facility.

There will be another ribbon-cutting in Hamburg at 330 this afternoon.  BuffaLove Apparel officially opens at 4953 Camp Road in Hamburg.
