Hornblower Season Opens

Hornblower Niagara Cruises is launching its 2019 season today.  The Niagara Falls and Horseshoe Falls tour season runs until December 1st from the Canadian side of the Niagara River.  

Buffalo Design and Printing - at 2620 Elmwood Avenue - has purchased Inky Fingers Printing at 1215 Military Road.  No terms of the deal were made public.  

Healthy Pet Superstore has opened it’s first store in the Buffalo area.  It's in the Tops Plaza at 3213 Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park.  The store will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting this Friday, May 17th at 3pm.

KeyBank is making a $2.5 million donation to Erie County Medical Center Corporation’s Trauma and Emergency Department Capital Campaign.

Health care visits delivered via telemedicine nearly tripled over the past two years in upstate New York according to a review of claims data by Univera Healthcare.  An estimated 78 percent of telemedicine visits were related to medical treatments, with the balance related to behavioral health services including treatment for anxiety and depression.  Univera found that psychiatrist visits were one of the fastest-growing areas of telemedicine care.
