Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has apparently ended its pursuit of the Arbor + Reverie development along Elmwood Avenue.  Business First reports Whitesand Family L.P. has signed a purchase agreement to acquire five Elmwood Avenue properties - including the former J.P. Bullfeathers bar and restaurant - for an undisclosed price.

Reliant Capital Solutions is expanding its Buffalo location.  The company is relocating its operations to a new, 23,000 square foot office space in Williamsville to employ an additional 150 individuals.  You can find out about job opportunities by going to www.reliantcapitalsolutions.com.

The Buffalo Museum of Science has received $2.6 million in grant funding from the East Side Corridor Economic Development Fund, which will be dedicated to restoring the building’s historic north entrance.

The Village of Medina has been awarded a Built-To-Play Skatepark Grant from the Tony Hawk Foundation & Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation.   The matching grant provides between $50,000 and $250,000 towards the construction of a new public skatepark.  Under terms, the village needs to raise the matching funds and build the facility by spring of 2021.
