Galleria Owner Not Happy With Being Phased Out Of Phase Two

Pyramid Management Company, the group that manages the Walden Galleria, is upset with the state's ruling that malls are not allowed to be open under Phase Two.  Pyramid releasing a statement that reads in part: "we believe our very large open spaces easily facilitates social distancing and will lessen the density in stand-alone stores that are allowed to re-open in Phase Two. Additionally...restaurants and entertainment venues, which comprise a good portion of our facilities, will remain closed until subsequent phases.  By design, this will further lessen the density of guests in our centers."

Delaware North has stopped work on a Marriott property near the Kennedy Space Center.  Business First noting that work on the facility will resume when conditions brought about by the virus pandemic are stronger.
