WellNow is reviving a plan to bring an urgent care center to the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Amherst Street.  According to Business First, a new proposal to develop a 3,500-square-foot urgent care facility has passed through the Buffalo Planning Board and goes before the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals.  Rochester-based Caliber Commercial Brokerage, working with Silvestri Architects, wants to raze two homes and a pair of commercial structures on the parcel to make way for the urgent care center.  

SERVPRO recognized two Buffalo-area franchisees at their recent 50th Annual Convention.  SERVPRO of Buffalo/Tonawanda received the MILLIONAIRE'S Silver award.  SERVPRO of Eastern Niagara County received the PRESIDENT'S Gold award.

J. Fitzgerald Group in Lockport kicks off its 12th annual CreateAthon® at 8am Thursday.  During CreateAthon, volunteers will work to create free marketing materials to benefit five selected nonprofit organizations.  

Mark J. Wright has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, effective August 5th.
