Utah-based developer DF Fusion Investments is poised to transform the former Keystone Corp. property at 2929 Main Street - just north of Bennett High School.  According to Business First, the plan is to turn the complex into a student housing project whose likely tenants may include Canisius College and University at Buffalo students. 

Charlie the Butcher is coming to the Elmwood Village.  He has signed a lease to take over the space formerly occupied by Jimmy John’s at 766 Elmwood Avenue. 

Lorraine Capital has acquired Jamestown furniture maker Bush Industries.  That deal closed last week, but no monetary terms were announced.

Another ribbon cutting this Friday in Hamburg.  Second Chic moves in at 140 Pine Street (next to Federal Meats).
