Symphony Property Management will bring a revised plan for its $25 million apartment project called The Lawrence to the Buffalo Planning Board, according to Business First.  The building at 983 Michigan Avenue will now be four-stories tall with underground parking.  Fruit Belt neighbors had voiced concerns about the original plan.

Lake Effect Furniture & Mattress Co. will be leaving its current Bowmansville address for one in Cheektowaga this week.  Business First reports Lake Effect will make its move overnight Thursday and plans a soft opening on Friday in leased space at Dick’s Sporting Goods Plaza on Union Road.  

BryLin Behavioral Health System has added Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Seth Dewey, MD, to its staff.  Dr. Dewy will be the lead psychiatrist at BryLin’s first outpatient mental health care program for children and adolescents.
