Cantina 62 has signed on as the last retail tenant for the Shea’s Seneca project.  Business First reports Cantina 62 will be joined by Bottle Rocket, April Spencer Floral Design, Public Espresso, and Shea’s Seneca Banquets and Catering.  The $10 million project is expected to be tenant-ready by mid-summer. 

Charlap’s Ice Cream has purchased the Reid's hot dog location at 2800 Elmwood Avenue.  Charlaps paying $165,000 for the property.

Waterbourne Construction Advisors has been selected by Multisorb Technologies to oversee a major renovation of the company’s 170,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility on Harlem Road in Cheektowaga.  A Waterbourne spokesperson reports that the project will be done in phases over the next three years while the plant remains in full operation.

Jaguar Buffalo, a part of the West Herr Automotive Group, located on Campbell Boulevard in Getzville, has been awarded the Pride of Jaguar Retailer Excellence Award for their dedication to delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.  Only sixteen Jaguar Retailers in the entire United States are selected each year to earn this honor.
