Growth For Delaware North

Delaware North has leased 15,000-square-feet in Ellicott Development Co.’s 500 Pearl Building.  Business First reports that Delaware North has seen employee growth of 20% in the last year alone, creating the need for more space.  The company already has 375 people working in its headquarters building at 250 Delaware Avenue.

Northwest Bancshares, Inc. has acquired MutualFirst, the Muncie, Indiana-based holding company and parent of MutualBank.  The all-stock transaction is valued at $39.89 per share - or approximately $346 million.

A student-run Starbucks will open in Niagara Falls High School tomorrow.  Part of the District’s F-Bites Culinary curriculum, The Starbucks Barista Program at Niagara Falls High School is the first of its kind in the nation.

LECOM is making a 10-year commitment to expand new physician education and training opportunities at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
