I-Evolve Technology Services, a leading Cloud Services provider, has signed an agreement to acquire the Small and Medium-Sized Business Managed Services arm of Crossfuze.  Crossfuze provides Managed Services to large enterprise clients.  No terms were announced.

M&T Bank is still the largest lender when it comes to approving U.S. Small Business Administration loans in Western New York.  Business First notes that through April, M&T has approved nearly twice as many loans - 136 - through the 7(a) lending program as its nearest regional competitor, Five Star Bank in Wyoming County - which has approved 74.

William Mattar has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New Your State for 2017.
