New Delta Sonic Project Pieces Coming Together

Benderson Development has purchased another parcel neighboring its new $10 million Delta Sonic project on Niagara Falls Boulevard.  According to Business First, Benderson paid $665,000 for the former Classic Fence Co. property at 3030 Niagara Falls Boulevard.  The car wash and convenience store operation also includes a five-bay oil change center, car wash, convenience store and auto detail center.

The long-anticipated Hofbrauhaus Buffalo plans to open this August.  Channel 7 reports the authentic German beer hall recently cleared a major financial hurdle when it received approval from M&T Bank on $1.9 million in final financing.

The Buffalo Zoo is nearly finished with renovations to the Donna Fernandes Amphibian and Reptile Center.  The Center is expected to be open May 24th.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has added six physicians to its medical staff.  Five are in primary care and one in obstetrics and gynecology.  That expands the availability of care at its six outpatient centers.  The hospital also noting Dr. Dang Tuan Pham has joined its medical team of providers in the minimally invasive medical weight loss, metabolic and bariatric surgery program.
