Holiday Valley Owner Secures Funding For Improvements

At its most recent board meeting, the Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency voted to accept applications for various projects with a potential capital investment of almost $50 million.  Among those - Win-Sum Ski Corporation, owner of Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, is receiving incentives to make various equipment purchases and infrastructure investments totaling approximately $3 million.  Win-Sum also will make enhancements to the Tannenbaum and Yodeler Lodges and updates at The Inn, as it seeks to become a year-round resort.

ERA Real Estate has recognized HUNT Real Estate as their top-ranked real estate firm worldwide for total volume and number of units sold in 2019.

Dr. Anthony Billittier, Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Independent Health, has been appointed chair of the HEALTHeLINK board of directors.

The Dale Association in Lockport has received a Capacity Building Grant in the amount of $50,000.00 from the Verizon Media Community Benefit Fund for Lockport.  The grant will help facilitate the technological needs at The Dale Association.
