Natale Development recently received approval from the village of Williamsville Planning Board for the company’s Asher Crossing development.  It's a $30 million project that will be comprised of 30 townhomes and three 30 unit apartment buildings.  The project is located on 6 acres of land between California Drive and Milton Street in the village of Williamsville.  A fall groundbreaking is planned.  

KeyBank today announced the acquisition of a digital lending platform for small businesses created by Bolstr.  The software, expected to be implemented this year, will enable KeyBank to provide faster and easier access both to SBA loans and to traditional capital for business owners. 

The McGuire Group's Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville has named Dana M. Mata its new administrative director. 

Fresenius Kidney Care has received contingent approval from the state Department of Health to add a 12-unit clinic on Maple Ridge Road in Medina.  According to Business First, the center will serve the Orleans County region, providing in-center hemodialysis services.  The cost to develop the center is $1.47 million.
