Tops Using Sustainable Produce Packaging

Barker-based In The Mix brewery is relocating to 149 Swan Street in Buffalo.  Helping craft the deal was Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company.  In The Mix makes craft beer as well as homemade alcoholic / non-alcoholic ice cream.

Montante Solar has completed installation of a solar roof array at Glauber Equipment.  Glauber invested $300,000 for the installation at its manufacturing facility in Lancaster's Commerce Parkway.  The facility is now 100 percent powered by renewable energy.

The Walden Galleria will be returning to normal operating hours as of Monday, August 3rd.  Those new hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.  Some Galleria  stores and venues, including restaurants, may have different operating hours.

Tops Markets has converted to sustainable packaging for all of its produce.  Tops is teaming up with Canadian company CKF Inc. in the effort.  The supermarket chain also reducing its carbon footprint by partnering with local growers like Integrow.  This reduces travel time, cutting down on emissions and gas use.
