Ted’s Hot Dogs celebrates National Hot Dog Month and its own birthday by offering ninety-one cent hot dogs at all Ted’s locations in Buffalo and Phoenix today.  There are no restrictions - each customer can order as many as they would like.  The ninety-one cent price is in celebration of Ted’s 91 years of business in the WNY community.

Larkin Development Group has settled on a designer for its new proposed residential-anchored project in Buffalo’s Larkin District.  According to Business First, architect Jake Schneider has been retained.  The building on Seneca Street Between Hydraulic and Carroll may be anchored by 110 market rate apartments and 20,000-square-feet of street-level retail.

Also from Business First - Michigan-Broadway LLC is seeking slightly more than $200,000 in tax breaks from the Erie County Industrial Development agency to kick-start a $6.6 million project.  The ECIDA will hold a July 30 public hearing on the request.

Roots Coffee & Tea  has opened at 1685 Hertel Ave in the former New Moon Cafe spot.
