The Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors has released a mid-year report of sorts.  As reported by Business First, closed deals are down 7.7% for the first six months of this year.  June sales alone were down 22.5%.  At the midway point of the year, median prices rose 6.3% while average prices were up 3.4%.

FuzeHub is launching the Millennials in Manufacturing Awards.  This new program celebrates young professionals who are driving innovation and growth in New York State's manufacturing industry.  Applications must to be submitted by employers, which need to be New York State manufacturing companies with under 500 employees.  To make a submission, follow this link.

Osama Almadhoun, MD has been named the new Chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology for John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital and UB.

The National Park Service says the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site moved up two places to #47 among National Historic Sites in the United States.  That's based upon the number of recreational visits in 2018.
