Roswell Expansion Approved

The state Health Department has approved a plan by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center to expand its Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinic.  Business First reports the $2.45 million renovation plan would create a 12-room unit on the sixth floor of the facility.

Engineering and Architecture firm Passero and Associates has opened its newest office in Buffalo at 737 Delaware Avenue, Suite 100A.  Among local projects they've worked on - the Iroquois Lofts and Pierce Arrow residential and mixed use developments in the City of Buffalo and Royal Car Wash facilities in Lancaster, Tonawanda, and West Seneca.

A LEGO® Store will open this summer at the Walden Galleria.  The store will be located on the lower level of the shopping center near Dick’s Sporting Goods - with a summer opening planned.

Business First noting some changes at McGuire Development.  Co-founder James Dentinger will become director of asset management.  Also, Danielle Eisen Shainbrown is president and chief business officer and David Von Derau Jr. is president and chief operating officer.
