New York's Department of Financial Services has approved applications of Five Star Bank to open and operate two new branch locations in Erie County.  The branches will be at 2222 Seneca Street and 451 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo.

The Four Points Sheraton Niagara Falls hotel has been rebranded as Niagara Riverside Resort.  According to Business First, the name switch is official as of March 3rd - and follows $7 million in renovations.  The hotel will also have as many as 20 boat slips.

AAA Western and Central New York has announced its Four Diamond hotel and restaurant properties for 2020.  Making the list were Oliver's Restaurant in Buffalo, along with The Westin Buffalo, The Mansion on Delaware Avenue and both the Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel and Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.

People Inc. is holding an Apartment Application Day for its Grant Street Apartments - which are currently under construction at 25 Grant Street in North Tonawanda.  That event will be held on Saturday, February 22nd from 10am-1pm at People Inc.
