Straight Up Celebrating Anniversary

Ryan Homes has begun buying lots in the Preserve at Muir Woods subdivision in Amherst  from its development partner, Ciminelli Muir Woods LLC.  Business First reports Ryan Homes bought four lots at a cost of $340,660.  The subdivision to the north of the 990 and UB's north campus began earlier this year.  Once completed, the plan is for 140 homes to be built.

Straight Up Wines & Liquors at 2534 Elmwood Avenue at Washington in Kenmore, is celebrating its seventh anniversary this Saturday.  To mark the occasion there will be free samples and sales all day long.
