GM Teases Big Announcement For Lockport Operations

General Motors Co. Lockport Operations has announced it has secured new business to supply several powertrain thermal components for an important future GM high volume vehicle.  The additional work will strengthen Lockport’s portfolio of precision components that includes radiators, condensers, heater cores and oil coolers.  The company is holding off on specifics until a later date.

The Bonadio Group has launched a new brand called FoxPointe Solutions.  It's aim is to support businesses’ growing and evolving needs for information risk management services.  John Roman will serve as president and chief operating officer of FoxPointe Solutions.

A pair of ribbon-cuttings taking place tomorrow.  At 1pm, Aging with Purpose opens at 40 Gardenville Pkwy, Suite, 208 in West Seneca.  Then at 4pm, a similar ceremony for Main & Downing will be held at 219 Buffalo Street in the Village of Hamburg.

A partnership between Olean-based Cutco Cutlery and the Alzheimer’s Association® resulted in a donation to the non-profit Association totaling $112,000.  Cutco offered specially-engraved, limited-edition purple products for sale during the month of June, which the Association designates as Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month.
