Waterbourne Construction Advisors , LLC has completed the construction of the $8 million Courtyard by Marriott located at 900 Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls, NY. This is the fifth hotel project completed in Niagara Falls by Waterbourne in the past 4 years. 

Developer Nick Sinatra has acquired the Oakridge Estates apartment complex.  Business First reports the purchase price was $7,612,500 for the 104-unit apartment complex located on Center Road and Oakridge Drive in West Seneca.

Catholic Health announcing that John Sperrazza has been named Chief Operating Officer of Sisters of Charity Hospital. 

A $58.4 million expansion is in the works for Paychex, Inc.  The payroll and human resource services company is moving its operations to a multi-building campus in the town of Henrietta.  The project is set for completion by July of 2018 - and result in more than 600 jobs over the next five years.
