Hurricane Harvey making an impact on the nation's gas prices.  Here in New York, the current average of $2.65 is twenty-two cents higher than the pump price one week ago.  That's according to the AAA. 

Sterling Surgical Center LLC, a multi-specialty center open since 2002, filed an application with the state Department of Health to sell a 40% stake in its business to Catholic Health.  Business First reports terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Spine Surgery of Buffalo Niagara, which specializes in high quality, personalized spine treatments for patients all over the Buffalo Niagara region, has moved into a new, stand-alone facility in Niagara Falls and unveiled a new name - reVive Spine Center.

Visit Buffalo Niagara and Destination Niagara USA have won a joint award for niche marketing from the U.S. Travel Association.  The award was for implementation of the 2015-2016 Girlfriend Getaway Marketing Campaign - aimed at women in Southern Ontario.
