Gas Price Dive Continues

Local gas prices are continuing to drop rather quickly.  The AAA reports the Buffalo-Niagara Falls average for a gallon of unleaded has fallen another four cents this past week to $2.41.  The pump price has dropped thirteen cents in the past month.

Rochester-based IT firm SMP Corp. will lease space on the 28th floor of the Seneca One Tower.  According to Business First, SMP plans to open the office in May - but that depends on the course of the coronavirus.

UB showing up in a number of places on the 2021 U.S. News & World Report ranking of “America’s Best Graduate Schools.”  The highlights include: UB’s School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at #14, the School of Nursing’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program is #35 and The School of Management is # 60.

Via Evaluation has hired Andy Canizares, Rebekah Kimble and Vicki Zimmer as research associates for the firm.

Passero Associates has hired Zina Lagonegroas its Director of Entitlements & Permitting.
