The current average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the region is $2.34 - right where it was a week ago.  The AAA reports the price is six cents lower than it was a month ago.

Next to Lloyd’s Hertel Taco Factory, affiliated business The Churn is churning out ice cream products.  As reported by Business First, soft serve was first served on Saturday.  Four constant flavors available will be chocolate, vanilla, green tea and coconut vegan.  Dairy-free, vegan offerings will also be available at the 1501 Hertel Ave. location.

The U-S Postal Service is seeking tractor trailer operators in the Buffalo and Rochester Post Offices.  A CDL license is required to apply and the deadline is July 19th for Rochester; July 21st for Buffalo.  More information is available here.
