The AAA notes that local gas prices have dropped another four cents from a week ago.  The average cost for  a gallon of unleaded in the region costs $2.64.  Prices have fallen off by twenty-one cents in the past month.

Hyatt’s All Things Creative is preparing to open in a new location on Elmwood avenue just north of Hertel January 24th.  Business First reports this has opened up a series of store fronts between 906 and 910 Main Street.  Those buildings plus a house-turned-apartment building at 71 Pearl Street are being grouped for sale.  Would-be buyers are asked to submit sealed bids by February 28th. 

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has added three physicians and a family nurse practitioner to its women’s health department, which includes its labor and delivery unit.
