Gas Prices Lower

The AAA reports the current average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the region has gone down a penny to $2.63.  That price is six cents higher than the pump price here one year ago.

Plans for an Amherst satellite site for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center gained the approval of the Amherst Planning Board.  Business First reporting the proposal is from Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. for a three-story building at 199-205 Park Club Lane - with Roswell anchoring that facility.  The plans still needs approval from the Amherst Town Board, which holds a public meeting on the project at its February 24th meeting.

Ecology & Environment President Todd Musterait has resigned.  According to Business First, he will be taking on an executive leadership role at another firm.  

MJ Peterson Real Estate has hired Theresa Campbell as Branch Manager of its Lancaster and City of Buffalo offices.

Dr. Willie Underwood, III has been appointed Executive Director of the Buffalo Center for Health Equity.
