Local gas prices easing another two cents this past week.  The AAA reports the current average for a gallon of unleaded gas in Western New York is down to $2.76.  A year ago, the same gallon cost twenty-three cents more.

Ellicott Development Co. exercised its option and bought out three Perry Street properties it had jointly held with the Seneca Nation of Indians.  Business First notes the purchase price was $340,967 for the vacant parcels at 186, 190 and 194 Perry.

Bocce Club Pizza has signed a lease to occupy a storefront at the corner of Delaware Avenue and West Chippewa Street - a spot that most recently was home to Souvlaki East.  According to Business First, it's the first time in 60 years Bocce Club Pizza has had a downtown Buffalo presence.

Target is aiming to use the lure of Disney to keep store sales booming.  As part of a collaboration with the Walt Disney Co., the Minneapolis-based discounter says it will open 25 Disney-branded stores starting October 4th, with 40 additional locations opening by October 2020.
