Delaware North has finalized a deal to purchase the SKYCITY Darwin casino and resort in Australia’s Northern Territory.  Business First reports that monetary terms of the agreement were not made public.  Delaware North now owns or operates more than 12 casinos and gaming venues.

Hamister Real Estate Equity Fund III, LP, a private real estate fund sponsored by Hamister Group, LLC, has purchased Northshore Heights, LLC, a 69 unit assisted living and memory care facility in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Revive Spine Center celebrated the opening of its second location yesterday with a ribbon-cutting at 505 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo.  Revive Spine Centers has its main office at 6941 Williams Road, in Niagara Falls.

Catholic Health has once again earned the region’s highest overall score in the Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2018 Hospital Safety Grade Report.  Kenmore Mercy, Sisters of Charity and its St. Joseph Campus and Mount St. Mary’s all earned “A” Safety Grades.
