Fed Aid For Some Local Hospitals

Three local hospitals are splitting $52.8 million in federal funding from the the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  The money targeted to healthcare facilities serving the most vulnerable citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic.  ECMC is getting $29.1 million, $12.7 million is going to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Mount St Mary's Hospital will receive $10.9 million.

Dr. Thomas Madejski has been named to the Board of Trustees of the American Medical Association.  Dr. Madejski is an Internal Medicine physician with offices in Orleans County.
