The Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors reports May was magnificent for home prices - with a better than 11% rise for both median and average prices.  At the same time, year-to-year inventory shrunk by 31.7 percent.

Busy times for Millennium Construction; the company is working on pouring all the concrete for the athletic fields at Williamsville East High School.  Millennium is wrapping up the City of Buffalo sidewalk project and moving on to the Town of Cheektowaga construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, cross walks, pedestrian signals and sidewalks.  Millennium just completed epoxy flooring work in 2 food and beverage plants and crews are working on flooring repairs at another food and beverage plant in the city of Buffalo.

The Cement Masons are hosting an open house from 9am-1pm tomorrow.  It will be held at their new location at the corner of Fillmore Avenue and 111 Wales Avenue in Tonawanda, just off the Twin City Memorial Highway.
