The Buffalo Sabres and Delaware North Sportservice have cooked up a deal to bring two Salsarita’s Mexican Grill locations inside the KeyBank Center.  Business First reports that as August 13th, Salsarita’s will run concession stands by section 117 and in the arena’s 300 level.  Terms of the multi-year deal were not made public.

Also from Business First, LA-based investor Avi Perets, through his DSM California LLC affiliate, paid $3.7 million for a 207-room Holiday Inn on Genesee Street.  Plans are to maintain the Holiday Inn brand.

Tops Friendly Markets is expanding the reach of its home delivery services.  This phase takes in stores across New York State, Pennsylvania and Vermont.  Included is the Tops at 1275 Jefferson Avenue.

A merger of two of the country's largest newspaper companies is being considered.  A Wall Street Journal report indicates New Media Investment Group - the parent company of GateHouse Media would buy out Gannett Co., the owner of USA Today.  A decline in print ad sales is one reason for the potential merger.
