After 78 years in business, the iconic Menne Nursery on Niagara Falls Boulevard will see it's last customers on Saturday morning as they sell the remaining store items, fixtures and other nursery equipment at an auction sale that begins at 10am at the nursery.  Online registration and pre-bidding is available at www.blackbirdauctions.com.

Steuben Trust Co. is hoping to open its first Erie County branch in late April.  Business First reports the financial institution is doing renovations at a former First Niagara Bank N.A. office at 8503 Main St. in Clarence.  Steuben Trust acquired the building for $405,000 in a deal that closed in November.

Gabriella Agostinelli has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate Attorney at Berardi Immigration Law.

Rocco Surace, a partner with The Bonadio Group CPA firm, and his wife Debbie, a nurse with Catholic Health, have been named the first couple to be honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western & Central New York with its “Service to Mankind Award.” The award will be presented at the annual Diamond Ball on February 24th.
