A dedication for the Shea’s Seneca building in South Buffalo was held Thursday.  The rehabilitated building features five ground floor commercial tenants, including Public Espresso, Shea’s Seneca Banquets & Catering, April Spencer Floral Design, Cantina 62, and Bottle Rocket Beer Reserve.  The building also boasts 23 high-end market rate apartments known as the Skyroom Lofts.

Eastpoint Recovery Group Inc., a women-owned credit-collection company with 20 employees, recently relocated to new space in the Foundry Suites at 1738 Elmwood Avenue.
