The Catholic Diocese of Buffalo has sold the former Sheehan Residence to Mingo Junction Steel Works LLC for a reported $1.3 million.  The new owners plan to renovate the top two floors of the building into 10 market-rate apartments.  Multiple options are in play for the ground floor.  

A local investment group led by Legacy Development has purchased the Theater Place building from its longtime owner, Acquest Development Co.  Business First reports the group paid $3.25 million for the complex located at 622 Main Street.  Tenants in the building include the Tralf Music Hall, Sue’s Deli and the federal Food & Drug Administration.

Also from Business First - Saratoga Eagle Sales & Service in Saratoga Springs, a subsidiary of Lancaster-based Try-It Distributing Inc., is acquiring Plattsburgh Distributing.  That deal is expected to close early next month.  No terms were made public.  When the Plattsburgh Distributing deal closes, Saratoga Eagle will have acquired five beverage distributorships since 2005.

Vader Systems, which provides 3D metal printing solutions, has been bought up by by Xerox Corp for an undisclosed price.
