Wegmans Food Markets and Instacart have teamed up to expand curbside grocery pickup to its Transit Road store.  Wegmans customers can visit instacart.wegmans.com or log on to the Instacart app to shop for their favorite products, select a pickup time, and pay for their order.  Customers will receive an order confirmation with instructions and a phone number to call when they are within 10 minutes of the store.  Upon arrival, customers pull into the designated curbside pickup lane and a Wegmans employee will load their groceries into the car. 

Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. is seeking tax breaks through the Amherst IDA.  Business First reports the Amherst Industrial Development Agency will consider the request during its December 21st meeting.

BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York has announced an innovative partnership with HEALTHeLINK to support physicians and improve health outcomes for BlueCross BlueShield members.  Using HEALTHeLINK’s well-established transparent and secure data exchange platform, specific claims data will be available to local participating physicians.
