Commercial real estate brokerage firm CBRE/Buffalo has made a move from the HeathNow/BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York building on West Genesee Street to a spot at 477 Main Street.  Business First reports CBRE/Buffalo's CEO bought the new Main Street site for $975,000.

Bonefish Grill is sponsoring a scholarship for the Emerging Business Leaders 2018 Leadership Program.  The EBL Leadership program begins in January 2018 and continues each month until August.  The application for the Bonefish Grill scholarship and EBL Leadership program can be found and submitted on the Amherst Chamber of Commerce website, www.amherst.org.  

Dan Tidwell has joined J. Fitzgerald Group in Lockport as vice president of national sales.  Tidwell will be based from a new branch office in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The National Retail Federation notes the holiday shopping season is off to a tremendous start.  Close to 174 million people shopped in stores and online between Thanksgiving Day and Cyber Monday.  Shopify says at one point, online shoppers were spending roughly $1 million per minute.
