The Lockport Bon-Ton Store is one of seven locations that will be auctioned off next month.  Business First notes Melville, New York-based A&G Realty Partners has been retained to sell the 82,000-square-foot location as well as others in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Bids are due back Sept. 18.

Niagara Falls, NY food manufacturer Finger Food Products, Inc., the maker of the Original Pizza Logs® and Original Apple Pie Logs®, has achieved certification to the new SQF 8 Quality Standard.   SQF is the food safety and quality management certification system designed specifically for the food industry.

The Palliative Care Institute research team received an $11,384 grant from The Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Legacy Funds.  These funds will support the 2018 research project, “Photographs of Meaning Program: A social media intervention for caregivers of seriously ill children.”
