Two Arrested for Graffiti at City Hall

Suspect found with spray paint, say prosecutors

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Two people have been arrested for grafitti at Buffalo City Hall.

Prosecutors say 23-year-old Sir Raven M. Rodgers, II of Buffalo and another 23 year old not identified intentionally spray painted the doors of on the South Elmwood Avenue side of Buffalo City Hall Sunday night. Police say Rodgers  was found in possession of spray paint.

Rodgers is scheduled to return on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a felony hearing. He was released on his own recognizance.

If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum of 4 years in prison.

The unnamed 23 year old co-defendant was given an appearance ticket to be arraigned at a later date.
