Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - Tristan Lambright, the so-called Bills streaker, appeared in Orchard Park Town Court before Judge Edward Pace Tuesday afternoon.

Lambright has a new attorney, Julie Atti Rogers. He pleaded not guilty to three charges, public lewdness, criminal trespass and exposure for streaking across New Era Field before thousands of Buffalo Bills fans Sunday. "Make no mistake, this was not a joke to my client," Rogers said.

Rogers says the 29 year old Lambright is remorseful for the incident. The defendant added, "poor decision" when meeting with reporters outside of court.  .

The next appearance is December 7th in Orchard Park. Rogers said she is going to try to get the lewdness charge dismissed.

Bail for Lambright was set Monday at $500. Judge Pace acknowledged that an Uncle posted bail and is allowing Lambright to live with him.

Rogers said her client is receiving a tremendous amount of support, more positive than negative, following the incident.

A fundraiser is being organized for Lambright. The "Pants Off, Dance Off" event is Saturday, November 25, at 8pm at the Expo Market, 617 Main Street in Buffalo, 14203.

The event will help cover legal expenses for Lambright and they will be collecting jackets for the Hope Project.  A portion of proceeds will also benefit Crisis Services in honor of Tristan's Aunt, a recent victim of suicide.
