BUFFALO, N.y. (WBEN) - The National Buffalo Wing Festival is only days away and one of the international flavors was downtown giving people the chance to taste their famous wings.

At the Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center, the line was out the door to try Sticky Wings. A wing place in London, England that has made the trip across the pond for this weekend's Wing Fest.

Darhul Rahman has his sights set on making his place known worldwide.

"We're known as the best in the U.K. and even though they have wing fest in London, that really doesn't interest me," Rahman said. "Because I want to be the best, and the best is in Buffalo."

The journey took Rahman and his employees across the Atlantic Ocean and they faced a few obstacles on their journey.

"Stopped by the TSA twice, stopped the check in twice," Rahman said. "They were breaking opening boxes of our sauces but now we are here, our sauces are here and hopefully the people of Buffalo are going to like it."

The festival starts at Noon on Saturday at Coca Cola field.
