Second Man Charged in 2017 Death

Accused in kidnapping/murder of Jonathan Grumble

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Buffalo man has been arraigned in connection with a murder last year.

24-year-old Tevin McCutcheon faces charges of kidnapping, murder and weapons possession in connection with the kidnapping and fatal shooting of 23-year-old Jonathan Grumble of Buffalo whose body was found in a vacant lot on Quincy and Ashley Streets on May 20th, 2017.

He was remanded without bail.  

If convicted on all charges, McCutcheon faces up to 25 years to life in prison.

Matthew Schunk, 54, of the Town of Tonawanda, previously pleaded guilty to his role.
