Vancouver, BC (WBEN) - It was a good week to be a Sabres fan as they went three for three on their swing through Western Canada this week.  Last night, they shut out the Vancouver Canucks 4-0.

Samson Reinhart got the first goal less than five minutes into the first period.  In the second, no sooner did Nick Baptiste step onto the ice for his shift that he received a feed in the slot and made a great move to score Buffalo's next goal.

Kyle Okposo got a power play goal in the third and Johan Larsson put a shot right down the middle on an open net.

The Sabres' Robin Lehner made 30 saves and earned his second shut out in a row.

Jacob Markstrom was in net for Vancouver.

Most of the Sabres will have the weekend off for the all-star break.  Jack Eichel will take part in the weekend festivities.  The Sabres return to the ice next Tuesday, taking on the New Jersey Devils at KeyBank Center.
