Edmonton, AB (WBEN) - It was a good night to be a Sabres fan.  The Sabres dominated Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers, shutting them out 5-0 in Edmonton.

Jack Eichel looked very good, having an amazing four point night. He had three assists and scored his 20th of the season.

Sam Reinhart wasn't too far behind, getting two assists and one goal.

Ryan O'Reilly scored two goals.

Goalie Robin Lehner stopped 33 shots to earn his second shut-out of the season.

The Sabres have a day off in the Great White North, and pick up their Western Canadian swing Thursday night with a game against the Vancouver Canucks.  That game starts at 10:00 p.m.
