Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - The Sabres managed 34 shots on Andrei Vasilevskiy with no success, while Tampa Bay scored two on 26 shots on Robin Lehner.

While the Sabres almost seemed like the better team all night, they were definitely not the lucky team.  Both goals for the Lightning came from deflections off of Sabres players.

Lehner was pulled for the last four minutes so they would have an extra attacker on the ice.

The Sabres have won only one game in their last ten.  They are 6-15-4 on the season so far.

Buffalo take on the Penguins in a home-and-home series starting Friday night at KeyBank Center.
